Our Story
Our family has visited Maui for years, and Lahaina has always held a special place in our hearts. The beauty of the land, the warmth of the people, and the depth of its history have inspired us time and again. When the fires devastated Lahaina, we felt called to do something more than just watch from afar—we wanted to honor this place we love in a way that gives back.
From that calling, Lahaina Lele was born. Simple by design, our mark appears in colors inspired by Maui’s landscapes and landmarks, reminding us that even small symbols can carry great meaning. With every piece, we are committed to creating something authentic and purposeful: a brand that honors Lahaina’s past and invests in its future.

Lahaina, on the island of Maui, isn’t just a town — it’s a living piece of Hawaiian history. Once the royal capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom in the early 1800s, Lahaina was a bustling center of power and culture, known as Lele, meaning & “relentless sun”. Lahaina has remained a place of resilience, deep aloha, and a sense of community that runs deep.
Inspired by the “L” atop the mountain overlooking the town of Lahaina.
Lele is the ancient name of Lahaina. Incorporating both honors it’s history and present day.
The ocean, marine life, and beaches are culturally important to the community.
